Telephone payments now available
We now accept payment over the phone by credit or debit card. If you have an account and have a transaction waiting to be paid, call us on 01249 813958 between 8.00am and 8.00pm Monday to Saturday and we will complete it in real time. Please have the transaction ID ready when you call. If you don't have an account or don't want one you can still call us on the above number with the item UIDs you are interested in. We will have to take a delivery address and the postcode for the billing address of the card you use.
Online payments
Currently our online payments are processed by PayPal entirely on their site and
we do not store any of your financial information. PayPal have some of the most up to date
security and fraud prevention systems available and we are confident that they are safe and secure.
It is important to realise that you do NOT need a PayPal account to pay with PayPal although they will do
their best to sign you up.
Cheque or direct bank transfer
It is also possible to pay by cheque or direct bank transfer. To use either of these methods it is important
to contact us by phone or email within 24 hours of the transaction timestamp including the unique transaction id
generated when you proceed to the payment section of the site. Unfortunately, due to the uniqueness of our items
if we don't receive a communication from you within this period we will return the item[s] to stock.

We send you an email when you have paid for your order and when it has been dispatched. Unfortunately and for reasons beyond our control these messages often end up in your spam or junk mail folder.
