We're still here, staying safe and staying home, locked down and in isolation. We are still active and accepting orders but they may take a little longer to arrive because they are all being collected instead of being dropped off and the couriers are very busy.

bullet  Decorative Brass Keyhole Escutcheon

back one page
go to the beginning of category: Escutcheons
An interesting brass keyhole escutcheon which begs the question `why in the name of sanity would anyone paint over it?` Rescued from oblivion and at least 6 layers of white gloss paint, the detail on these reclaimed and rescued brass escutcheons looks to be as crisp as the day they were made. Unfortunately we can't give you a clue to when that was as surprisingly there appears to be no registered design number which is a bit of a shame, the best we can say is that they are at least 6 coats of white gloss paint old. In excellent condition and ready to fit. Suitable for keys with a maximum height of 2.7cm.
