Very decorative butlers or servants bell pull by William Tonks and Sons. Complete and in great condition apart from a little area of rubbed gilding (see images for details). Otherwise no chips or cracks and well marked to the main parts for William Tonks and Sons the famous and respected Birmingham brassfounders first started by William Tonks at the end of the 18th century (circa 1790). Slightly smaller than average for the type. A heavily cast and well made compact pull.
