Antique Rim Lock, gigantic iron beast

A gigantic antique rim lock, a big heavy lump of iron with some huge hand forged bolts, three of them to be exact, including a sliding snib operated by a brass slider on the bottom edge. Fully restored and supplied with a reconfigured period iron key and a hand made brass trimmed iron keep. A monster lock to be sure but it works. The surface has a bit of character and there are some hand finishing marks to be seen but the overall condition is very good considering the age.
